NEIL CHAPMAN

Building homes has always been more than a job for Neil—it’s a lifelong passion. He began learning the craft at the age of 12 and brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of construction, from framing to finishing. Neil is not just a general contractor, he’s a true builder, equally comfortable on the tools as he is reviewing blueprints.
What truly sets Neil apart is the rare combination of practical building experience and a strong academic background. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). This unique mix of skills means Neil approaches every project with both technical expertise and financial savvy, offering peace of mind to clients who value organization, accuracy, and professionalism.
In addition to overseeing every build, Neil also crafts custom cabinetry and millwork in-house using only the best materials and hardware. His personal investment in quality and detail is evident in every corner of the homes he builds.
Although he has the credentials to be behind a desk, Neil prefers to be out on-site—getting his hands dirty, solving problems, and working directly with clients and trades. That boots-on-the-ground approach ensures every home is built to exacting standards and that every client gets a builder who truly cares.
